Felina Contract Cleaning is an established local business, fully insured and staffed by friendly and caring people. We offer a professional and comprehensive service, providing general cleaning for homes and offices, and post/pre-occupancy sparkle cleans.

Our extensive support services include carpet/upholstery maintenance, specialist oven valeting, internal/external window cleaning, repair and handyman service, painting & decorating, full gardening services.

Clients may also enjoy our exclusive home-delivery service for top-quality ironing, laundry and dry-cleaning.

Our General Home Cleaning Service may be carried out on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Felina provides all equipment, materials and branded cleaning products. We also carry a full range of Eco-friendly products for those who prefer. We generally assume a key-holding position for our clients, allowing us the flexibility we require to attend for duty at any time between 08.30 and 16.30 on the regular day chosen for cleaning.

 

Felina’s Cleaning Regime

• All Rooms
Remove cobwebs, dust picture frames, ornaments, lamps, furniture, woodwork, sills and skirting.
Polish all timber shelving, sills and fine furniture where appropriate.
Vacuum soft furnishings, including under cushions.
Vacuum all flooring to edges (where possible) and wash hard floors.
Remove smudges and finger marks from doors, vision panels and walls.
Sanitise and buff door handles, light switch panels.

• Stairways and Hallways
Vac all carpeting to edges, including nosing and stair rising.
Dust/polish banister, and polish or wipe clean balustrade railings.

• Kitchens
Clean and sanitise appliances, worktops, counters, table and chairs.
Clean, sanitise and sparkle sinks and stainless steel fittings.
Clean cooker hobs, top and exterior of refrigerator and floor appliances.
Clean inside and outside of microwave oven.
Clean all cupboard doors.
Vacuum and wash floor.

• Bathrooms
Clean, scrub and sanitise showers. Buff and sparkle all porcelain and stainless steel fittings. Sanitise and freshen toilets. Sparkle mirrors and shelving. Clean/buff wall-backing tiles. Vacuum, sanitise and wash floors.

Requirements obviously vary from client to client and we endeavour to personalise our service to suit.
